A very good hotel to stay , rooms are very clean, staffs are very good and respectful, free breakfast was excellent with three to four fruit cuts , and nearly three to four different kinds of breakfast was arranged, cakes was there , I really enjoyed with this hotel Little Mastiff in Moshi - Pune . Main thing is Very polite staffs and reasonable room rates to stay.

It's good to stay happy during say hour The food is good There are no extra amenities. I have not taken it.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Room Booking Issue and Delay Dear team I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had upon arrival at your hotel on 11th april 2025. When we arrived, the manager informed us that there was no record of our room booking, despite our prior reservation. We were made to sit and wait for 30 minutes before a room was made available to us. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing, especially after a long journey. We expect better service and proper handling of reservations from a hotel of your reputation. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I would also appreciate compensation or at least an explanation for the inconvenience caused. Looking forward to your response. Sincerely, Utsav Patel

property was okay, but the service was bad, I need to call them to get the telephone line connected, then again call them for the cup , then the most important reason why as business traveller I booked the hotel, was to get the wifi and work at night but even after the repeated complaints wifi was not activated till my check out. I even heard the staff talking that wifi is only for name it never works

Decent budget hotel but could have done better at service levels for dining and room service. Infra and connectivity wise it’s good

Average property- tv does not work - water drainage is an issue - restaurant looks run down - food is good though and pleasant reception staff

Awesome service great staff helping nature must visit there they having great service safe hotel neat and tidy rooms

Two days stay was good in all aspects but only my suggestion little they have look into on 5% cleaning particularly hair's and noise from outside. Knew though i had very experience and staff behaviour was very humble to the guest

Excellent hotel, good and healthy environment, quick response from staffs, care hygiene. Quality of food are best. Best service.
